How to Play Paper Ball
How to play: Drag the left mouse button to draw a line.
Take a moment before your first move. In this kind of game the obvious action is often a trap, and a single wasted move early on can cost you the whole round.
Work from the edges inward. Clearing the outside of the board usually opens up more options than attacking the middle, and it keeps your choices flexible.
Controls
Everything here works with a single pointing device. If you are on a laptop, the trackpad is perfectly adequate - precision is rarely the limiting factor.
Tips & Tricks
- Look one step ahead rather than three. Beginner mistakes in this genre come from planning an elaborate sequence that the rules do not actually allow.
- Turn the sound on. These games are designed to be slow and calming, and the audio is a large part of that.
