1. Who we are

JustPlays (justplays.net) is a free online game portal. We embed third-party HTML5 games distributed by GameDistribution and GameMonetize. This policy explains what data we and our partners collect when you use the Site.

2. Information we collect

• Local data: your favourites and display preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage. They never leave your device unless you create an account.
• Account data: if you sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft (via Firebase Authentication), we receive your display name and email address from the provider. We never see your provider password.
• Usage data: aggregated analytics such as page views and game plays.

3. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies for essential site functions and for advertising. The Site displays ads served by Google AdSense and by game distribution platforms. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.

Games may also set their own cookies and may show pre-roll or rewarded ads controlled by the game platform (GameDistribution / GameMonetize).

4. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA and similar), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to personalised advertising.

6. Data retention & security

Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
