How to Play Drive Ahead Sports
Brake before the corner, not in it. Almost every crash in a driving game starts with carrying too much speed into the turn.
On precision challenges, slow is smooth and smooth is fast. Reversing to straighten up costs less time than scraping along a wall.
Controls
Arrow keys or WASD to steer and accelerate, spacebar for the handbrake. On touch devices the same inputs appear as on-screen buttons or swipe zones.
The in-game screen lists the exact keys or buttons before the first level.
Tips & Tricks
- Brake before the corner, not in it. Almost every crash in a driving game starts with carrying too much speed into the turn.
- Watch the racing line of the AI opponents - they usually reveal where the fastest route through a section is.
- Use the whole width of the track. Cutting tight to the apex is faster than a smooth line, as long as you can hold it.
